The utmost care and attention to detail is given to the making of these guitars. Pin-Up Custom Guitars is not a factory, it is one man making guitars one at a time. I shape and finish each neck and body. I custom wind each pickup. I use top quality parts. I make a bone nut for each guitar by hand. I carefully assemble each guitar ensuring proper fit between all parts. I tastefully age all aspects of each guitar. Each one is individually named after a lovely lady, adorned with pin-up girl waterslide decals, and stamped with a serial number. I only make guitars that I would personally play. The 6 Neck Options:
Your choice of any neck option listed below. Really there are 10 different necks here if you count the fact that 4 of them are available with maple OR rosewood fingerboards. All maple fingerboard necks are solid, one piece necks. Rosewood necks are 'slab board' except for the '62.' All have heel adjusted single action truss rods. The neck measurements listed here are estimates and can vary slightly due to hand sanding. If the neck that you want isn't listed here, I'm sorry but it's not available.

"Standard" wiring:
This is the standard three position Tele switching that you are probably used to-
1 - neck pickup
2 - both (parallel)
3 - bridge pickup
"Pin-Up" wiring:
A custom wiring that I came up with for my personal guitar that goes like this-
1 - neck with a little bridge to brighten it up
2 - both pickups in series, out of phase, with
a resistor in the circuit to retain bass
frequencies. Think Albert King's tone.
3 - bridge pickup only
"5 way custom" wiring:
5 positions to get basically every sound you could possibly want to get from two pickups-
1 - neck pickup
2 - both in series
3 - both in parallel
4 - both out of phase series
5 - bridge pickup
"4 way Pin-Up custom" wiring:
The same as 3 way Pin-Up wiring, but with
one added position of neck pickup only.
1 - neck pickup
2 - neck pickup with a little bridge pickup
3 - both in series and out of phase, with a resistor in the circuit to retain bass.
4 - bridge pickup
